MINO

MINO

is an artist from Rome living and working in London. His practice moves between analogue photography, installation, and participatory performance, exploring photography as a material language shaped by time, gesture, and presence.

Working with both colour and black and white analogue processes, his work is rooted in darkroom practice and reflects an interest in how images circulate through bodies, spaces, and collective situations. Alongside his artistic work, he has also been active in the fashion industry, which continues to inform his relationship with image making and visual culture.

He studied media, semiology, sociology, and anthropology at La Sapienza University of Rome, where he later completed a PhD in Journalism. This interdisciplinary background informs a practice that moves fluidly between research, artistic production, and collaborative exchange.

He is the founder of Nalusaca, an experimental artist residency bringing together artists from different disciplines.
